My personal opinion, this is not a Seagal movie !! A. Pyun is a bad director !! and dark action scenes !! I guess this movie is the worst !! But not Seagal !! He is always good !!

It wasn't that bad actually. The fight scenes were badly lit and choreographed and Seagal had the look of "i'm doing it for the money",but Hopper and Sizemore did well. They should have given Ice a bigger role.

It can not be considered as a Seagal Movie. I did not like the director. Seagal did his best I believe he has to work with better directors

When I saw "Ticker" I had mixed feelings. In the end it was a dissapointment but it wasn't Steven's fault, his acting was great as usual. I thought all the actors did a good job and I actually thought the story line was interesting. What killed the movie for me were the terrible production values. Most of the explosions were obviously stock footage which didn't even match the scene very well, and Steven's fight scenes were poorly lit. Still, any chance to see Steven Seagal in a movie is better than nothing. It's just to bad, I thought that the movie had more potential.

Ticker is one of the most horrible movies i've ever seen. I rented the movie because i thought rapper Nas was gonna have a big part in it & he ended up getting killed quick LOL. Chili of r&b group TLC had a small part also. When i saw previews of Ticker, they tried to hype it up like Chili & Nas had big roles in this flick hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Jamie Pressley looked bad in the movie but she's still attractive. Anybody see her in one of those Poison Ivy movies? She's hot.

An interesting observations!

I just watched Ticker for the second time and I was qiute surprised to realize that it was Steven who sang "Love Doctor", in the Blues bar just before you see Steven and Seizmore comming in, you see the band singing, and what do you know, it is Steven singing, with a fake beard, a hat and sunglasses, but there is no mistake about it, it is Steven al right. Just an observation.

Yeah, the beard has to go, but he is still looking good, as always. And as for good and bad Steven Seagal movies, if Steven is in it, it is never all bad. To bad with his stunt doubbles at times, he should do the fight scenes himself.

I thought he looked great in it...
As I think the recent pics are too...
In fact, I prefer seeing him the way he is now...
I don't like beards as a rule....
But I'd take him with one, because I love everything about him, so if it's a beard he wants, then no problem....
Although I am pretty certain he just does that for the screen...
Funny thing, I don't really go for ponytails either, in fact some guys look rather uhhh, scrummy with them, oh but NOT HIM...
It suits him so well, and it's his trademark...
I just love HIM with it....
Or without it...
But then, it's not about those particular little things, it's about the entire package, and to me he's all that, and no-one compares to him...
I think the ponytail lends him that tough look that we all get such a thrill out of, some guys just can't pull it off...

Terrible, Terrible, terrible movie. Hearing the director's commentary further supports my opinion. It's sad that Hopper (whose accent changes from irish, to american during the movie), Sizemore, and Seagal couldn't salvage it.

NO,they should have given Steven Seagal a bigger role, not that Ice dude!

The movie is terrible,it was BIG letdown and there wasnt even enough fightscenes to justify the movie .. & a Seagal movie needs fightscenes & alot of them!
