hey guys long time reader of these forums and thought after 4 or so years i may as well join lol.

got some questions you guys may or may not be able to answer

1) i saw in a video interview that Steven Seagal was allergic to certain foods which i found fascinating- does anyone remember what they were ?

2) is there any footage anywhere on the web of Seagal taking a fall or having someone apply moves to him in his aikido training ?

3) Have any of steven Seagals Aikido students done anything exciting ? been in any of his movies or made there own movies ?

4) Does anyone know why Seagals accent changes based on whom he is speaking to and what the context is ? it shifts from normal to southern nowadays.

5) i have seen videos of Chuck norris training in BJJ and was wondering if theres any videos of Seagal cross training or being taught by someone ?

6) There is one picture i see everywhere of Steven Seagal almost bald with Kelly Le Brock online but i was wondering if there was any more besides that one, have there ever been any recent pictures without the hair piece, or is it a permenant weave ? i dont think it looks too bad, though the extreme of the widows peak varies in films.

The only one I can say for sure, is that I believe he eats a wheat free diet...I think that is what his personal chef said during the Justin Lee Collins interview on here

Welcome to this place. I had some time so tried to answer the questions for you

1) i saw in a video interview that Steven Seagal was allergic to certain foods which i found fascinating- does anyone remember what they were ?

Yes, as Ms Barbara said, you probably saw the "Justin Lee Collins" feature, they mention wheat and a few other food allergies. Never heard about it before and I was surprised because I have the same problem.

2) is there any footage anywhere on the web of Seagal taking a fall or having someone apply moves to him in his aikido training ?

If your talking about "real life" training as opposed to film work, most of the videos are either instructional videos from before, or early in his film career, or more recent footage is him teaching law enforcement groups, UFC fighters or otherwise, so no footage against an uncontrolled opponent.

3) Have any of steven Seagals Aikido students done anything exciting ? been in any of his movies or made there own movies ?

Don't know exactly but a person he studied with, or knew through the martial arts community, was the one who introduced him to his film debut, if you consider that an achievement. Otherwise, there may possibly be some established film stars who have done training with him, but not a formal student.

4) Does anyone know why Seagals accent changes based on whom he is speaking to and what the context is ? it shifts from normal to southern nowadays.

This one I can't answer for you, personality trait?. I guess he may have been trying to connect himself to his interest in blues, but from recent interviews, including Justin Lee Collins and from 2012, he doesn't have that "accent".

5) i have seen videos of Chuck norris training in BJJ and was wondering if theres any videos of Seagal cross training or being taught by someone ?

No such videos. He has done training in BJJ and some other styles but no footage.

No, probably whatever you find taken at film premieres when he was with Kelly. No, there are no photos of him without *it* - What *it* is, is hard to define, but his own personal choice. If you wanted to try to get 'technical', Justin Lee Collins on a radio interview said the growth on the sides of his head is real but "something is being applied on top". Anyway not interested.

I think he has a wheat allergy...other than that I don't know. My girls have the same allergy, it's a very difficult allergy to work out, because a lot of food these days have wheat. I stand at the supermarket reading labels for about a hour.
As for the hair piece, that's his choice. I think he looks totally handsome.
The other questions will have to be answered by others on this forum who have more knowledge of such things.

Welcome!
