Well Myst, they finally opened the highways between my town and the town John lives in, so he is heading my way soon and bringing lunch!!

Tomorrow it suppose to be in the 50's so maybe some of that white stuff will melt. We had snow on easter once in Kansas. That was the year I started to hide the easter eggs for the kids in the house instead of outside.

Have a good and safe trip home Myst. I don't like to drive in the rain either. Almost as bad as driving in the snow.

Thank god for good neighbors!! One of my neighbors has a snowplower and he made a pass to my door and sidewalk and to the SUV. Hopefully the roads/highways will be better by monday. Hope it will warm up tomorrow to melt some of that white stuff. We had more snow yesterday then we had all winter. Some places got up to 20 inches or more.

Got alot of stuff done at my house, but I miss my big guy!! Talking on the phone is not the same!!

How is the weather in your part of the woods? I hope it won't be heading your way!!

YES we did Myst. And it is bad.

I left work early friday because it looked like it was going to be bad. John didn't make it to my house that evening because of the snow, high winds, snow drifts etc. And today the highway between my town and his town is closed and so are other high ways. This morning when I opened my front door, I couldn't even open my screen door because of the snow piled up against it. Much less then make it to the John's SUV that I am driving and is parked in front of my house, not that I could go anywhere. But we have never lost power here in my town.Thank god for that.

John and I have been talking alot over the phone that is all we can do, since the highways are closed. Hopefully tomorrow they will be open. And anybody that tries to go on the highway that is closed, will get stopped and get a ticket.

Hi Myst, when did you go over the 2000 mark? That is posts and not years. Although ....

I bet the next challenge is ti count how many eggs you have hidden here

Glad to hear you are doing good. I am doing fine except being real busy with different things. But I am taking a couple of days off this week for some much needed R&R. Can't wait. Catch you later!!
