Well, our Thanksgiving is coming up soon, so I will have some pecan pie then.

Also make pumpkin pie then because my children like it, but I don't care for it!!

Wow! that was the nicest compliment I have ever received that I can remember. I have slowed things down because of the thoughts of the hour glass. I am going real slow right Now thinking thoughtfully and giving time to this momement with you.

I was able to turn a corner at work by expressing my views during a conversation about other matters the door was opened and I used the opportunity to express urgent needs of the business and closed the conversation speaking about a dream that I had where I saw a follow-up note missing from the bosses pile as he yelled at me about it. In the dream I said it has to be there. In real life at the moment of the conversation I picked up a pile of follow-up notes from his desk and said this is the one I was looking for in the dream.

I closed with if I didn't care so much I wouldn't have had this dream. I then had the opportunity to capture his attention, ( an accomplishment seldom achieved) and express my concerns. Those concerns were heard due to the outlandish nature of the delivery. I am sure you would have liked the exchange.

Thanks again for your great thoughts about the hourglass. The concept could be made into a short self help book by a writer with the right stuff.

I have the hourglass on it's side and the mid-point is as I see it like a life line. I was thinking before I logged on about how we might be communicating on the the Sub-Atomic level. I was not going to go there to say that to you but Whisperer has posted to you about matter that only changes but is not destroyed. I believe this all matter just changes wood becomes smoke and so on. We all live but we change. Thanks to Whisperer.

I was thinking that I like the hourglass straight up even though it allows me to be infinately happy. I am using the thoughts of the Now and keeping my thoughts at the Mid-Point and it is so much fun. Of course it is a way to control negitve thoughts.

Have you ever seen a burnt forest after a large forest fire?
it's totally devastated all charred and dead but then visit that same place within a year or so and there is always new life - that same forest is on the grow again

sure it will take years and years to reach a mature state but it still will once again be a forest .
it's always facinated me that it never really dies, it merely starts over

the same holds true with so much in the universe, it might get hurt and even destroyed to an extent but we can never absolutely destroy it, we will only end up destroying our own race, then in time the earth will heal and life will begin again

now granted that will be eons from now but still just embracing the whole concept of eternity in that aspect is so reflective

life is eternal - it's the form of life that has an eventual end
its all energy, we are all energy ie, the scientific statement -- energy cannot be created nor destroyed only changed

Hi Michelle, rare for us both to be on at the same time these days. Myst and Martin are in the chat if you fancy joining us.

I did think I would treat myself to 40 nice things to do, but then realised that would probably take the entire next year to complete.
I'll definitely eat, very likely drink and I'll try to be merry.
My mum is 65 on the same day so I'll have to think of something good for her too.

ah ha so my long time analysis of how humans must feel to earth is confirmed by a scholar --- pretty cool

it's just something I have always said as i watch this earth get destroyed and see how she is reacting to it.

Oh yes a new hair style, well not so much an new one, it is just going to be longer, if you have ever seen the film what happens in vegas then you will know what it will look like, hope your healthy and well speak soon M.

Plans are to keep breathing
No firm plans yet I think it will be a family meal. Perhaps a weekend away, anything else I can manage to wangle. Any suggestions on ways to celebrate?

and as for your posting about people appreciating their own wealth within you are right. I often think about how minute people are in this universe that can exist without us however we cannot exist without it but then many do nothing but destroy the universe's wealth most of which is out of greed
