Sylvester Stallone - Sylvester Stallone 'slammed' Steven Seagal

I too don't find this bit of news all that hard to believe. Firstly, it really isn't all that unplausible that Seagal would've made some crude comment about his fellow action stars. He has trashed them before as we all have heard and read in various interviews. Secondly, Stallone doesn't claim...

I really like Gene LeBell. He's such a fun guy.

Cheesus Toast: I am not saying that the art of aikido is developed for show nor am I saying anything about it being a sport. I don't think I mentioned anything about scoring points, did I? As a former practioner of aikido, you are familiar with the uke/nage-training principles of aikido. These...

Yeah, I remember that Pam Grier interview also. It'd sure be nice to hear more Seagal-anecdotes like that.

With all due respect Cheesus Toast, aikido is not an martial art meant for real combat. I have studied aikido for twenty one years and love it from the bottom of my heart, but if you are talking about a martial art which is "meant for taking out your opponent(s) in the most shortest (efficient)...

First off: I'm already looking forward to those Arsenio Hall Show-clips! I've been searching for those myself for ages. Great news! Do you know in what video format will you be getting them? Uploading them in YouTube shouldn't be too difficult - hope there isn't any copyright issues to deal...

I'm with you on this one Seagal 1969. Personally I'm a bit saddened by all the trash Seagal has said over the years. Why does he constantly has to put down Van Damme, Norris and now Michael Jai White? Is there some serious issues of self esteem behind all this or is he really that insecure of...

Seagal claims he knew Bruce Lee! Why do I doubt that?

I've been wondering this one too. Just to clarify, I'm not out there to "expose" Seagal as a liar or anything. It is a well known fact that sometimes he has stretched the truth in his stories - maybe in order to make a point or cut to the chase (in a manner of speaking). Seagal has, in many a...

    Another commercial starring Steven Seagal?

And it kinda sounded like his voice would've been dubbed... As for the wig, yep - he's had that since the early 90's. Some of the hair pieces he's been sporting have been better than others. Naturally there's nothing wrong with men with wigs; Sean Connery had one already when he was playing...

Maybe I shouldn't be reading the forum under severe sleep deprivation, but am I the one that's being refered to in the quote above? It very well may be that I'm just missing something here...

Whoops, sorry! Forgot that finnish isn't the universal language :) I was just stating that it is good for us finnish Seagal-fans to stay united and I'm glad to see that the local fan base is represented here also.

    Seagal's Persona Now.

Yeah, god knows there are a lot of bogus stories about Seagal and it just is frustrating to see someone like Cooper passing them on as facts on high profile talk shows... It is frustrating how Seagal gets a lot of flack in the media, that's all I'm saying.

    Seagal's Persona Now.

"Ah!!!And Seagal was in New Orleans invited from the policeman boss. There´s a lot of information in Internet." OK, thanks for that info latinojazz - like I said, I kind of remembered reading something about his connections with NOPD. It was in the infamous Penthouse article about ten years...

Stuff on a recent episode of Conan too... Late Night with Conan O' Brien that is. The episode that aired a few nights ago with Halle Berry as the main quest had CNN reporter Anderson Cooper on too. He told about his visit to New Orleans and all the celebrities that swarmed the disaster stricken...

    The Ninja Movie thread!!!

It would've been awesome to see Michael Dudikoff & Steve James in the final American Ninja installment. The fifth movie was a total stink bomb and a disgrace to the whole series. It was such a shame that Steve James passed away - he was one of the most profilic african american action stars...
