A Dangerous Man aka On The Run - Reviews

So, are we to assume Seagal's character hooked up with the girl at the end of the film?

....by the way, is the HD version noticeably better than the DVD?

    Pistol Whipped - Reviews

Well, like I said, I literally just ordered the DVD the other day. This is one of my favorite DTV titles of his, so I'll spring for an HD version eventually, but probably not right now.

    Pistol Whipped - Reviews

Yeah, I've seen it listed on amazon and ebay...and for a mere $30 or $40 (or more), you too can own it! A bit too pricey for me, but thanks for letting me know. :peace:

I just noticed you can pick this up digitally in HD on amazon for $12.99......so of course I just spent $7 on a DVD copy with the slip cover. I think I'm going to go for the HD copy anyway.

    Review: The Glimmer Man

Oh, man. That's hilarious. There's a similar scene at the beginning of A Dangerous Man, but at least they're not in bed. I think they're in his study, or something like that. The girls are always extremely young and would never be interested in him. It's just not believable in any way. The...

    Review: The Glimmer Man

Can you download the movies you buy from iTunes, or can you only stream it? If you can download it, can you use any player with it, or do you have to use an Apple player? I've never bought a movie digitally so I don't know how it all works.

I had no idea they were available digitally, and especially HD. I'll have to look into that. You know, since they are available digitally in HD, they will probably never be issued in HD on physical media.

    Review: The Glimmer Man

I like Shadow Man. It's the only one of his DTV titles that has him using his "MacGuyver" skills with jury-rigging weapons from found items a'la Under Siege. The martial arts stuff is also decent. I agree Urban Justice is one of his stronger late-career titles, but the rock-bottom production...

    Review: The Glimmer Man

Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with that set? It looks like 8 films on 4 discs, which would mean all the discs are double-sided. I can understand someone wanting each movie on its own disc, but other than that, what don't you like about that set?

    Review: The Glimmer Man

Not necessarily. His films were also released pan-and-scan on DVD, and laserdisc before that, I believe. For example, this set has only pan-and-scan versions, no widescreen: https://www.amazon.com/Fire-Below-Justice-Deadly-Ground/dp/B000HT38HG/ref=sr_1_1

    Review: The Glimmer Man

If you buy the movies individually on DVD then they might come that way. Mine is part of a two-disc set that has one movie per each side of the two discs. The Glimmer Man, pan-and-scan, is on one side of a disc, while Under Siege, widescreen, is on the other side of the same disc. I thought this...

    Review: The Glimmer Man

Hey, guys. I recently picked up a used copy of this set: https://www.amazon.com/Film-Favorites-Steven-Seagal-Glimmer/dp/B000U1ZV6C/ref=sr_1_2 I noticed something strange. All the films are widescreen except for Glimmer Man, which is the one I wanted to watch. All the films are listed as...
