Attention: Spoof e-mails from someone claiming they are ebay!

Anyone else gotten spoof e-mails from what "appears" to be ebay?
I have gotten two suspicious ones, both of which gave me a link to go to,
I guess to get some info from me...
One even claimed that I needed to update all my info...
It said I would be unable to log in until I did this, but when
I went to log in, I had no problems...
I went to forward the messages to the spoof department, but one mysteriously disappeared...
Just a word of warning, check with ebay first before entering any important personal info anywhere online!

I ignored the e-mails, and still have no trouble logging into ebay...
This happened to me once before, too...
Oh, and if you buy anything off there, please read the sellers feedback first...
I ordered something recently and the seller never sent the item, she gave me some excuse about shipping it after the holiday, but I still haven't gotten it...
I sent repeated inquiries, but she is obviously just ignoring my e-mails now...
Unfortunately I didn't read the negative comments against her in her profile...
I always am too trusting, and now I am probably helpless...
I hate to report people, but it's not fair to me to just go without said item when
I paid this person...
I guess I'll have to take action soon, but I really hate to, I just am not a mean person, I don't like causeing trouble....
I would hope she will just do the right thing...
That is another thing about those people who sell illegal copies, how much integrity do they have?
Would they think twice about ripping you off if they would rip Steven or someone else off?
Not hardly...
In my time I have bought many knock off purses and still have many of them, but I know it was wrong to buy them because the designer isn't getting paid for them...
I am not perfect, either, and my mom still sees nothing wrong with buying a counterfit item...
But it's really not right...
I sell on ebay, but when I sell something to someone it won't be something illegal, and I will ship it immediately when I get paid for it...
I couldn't take someone's money and just run, no way...
That's disgusting...
It's the same to buy copies of videos or movies too, it's not right, and selling them is even worse...

That is the reason I didn't want
to buy the Seagal promo CD that was on ebay...
