Ehh, why? Seagal has been accused many times before and it never hurt his movies, so why would it this time? The only time he had a negative effect from allegations was with Lawman, he got sacked from the force even though it became pretty obvious that the woman in question was a fraud. Having said that, there are too many stories going around from other actresses that, in my opion, Seagal will be guilty in some way or other in these allegations. It seems the industry is based on this sick behaviour, and it isn't just in Hollywood, here in Holland a big time producer is now in a lot of trouble and admitted to the allegations.
Seagals movies are nowadays for a pretty smal segment of the business and I don't think the majority of that segment will take much notice of the allegations. I mean, here in The Netherlands it was mentioned on the biggest newssite, but that was it. Focus of the sexual harrassment problem of the movie/tv/radio industry focusses on the big stars and names that have an impact.
Seagal lost his impact quite a few years ago when dropped to the DTV market and decided he had to diss an bash other actors/stars.
The movie could be a flop, but that will be because of bad acting. bad fx, bad story, bad editing, you know the usual stuff that makes Seagals movies not so succesfull these days.
