Wow...that was quick!! Nice find! The trailer is definitely interesting....looks a lot like the original Foreiner (lots of gunplay, espoinage....no hand to hand combat). Seagal looks good......I dunno, I guess I'll just have to see the movie. Thanks!

Great! Thanks for posting this. :) Hard to tell much from this, as most of the scenes were dark and hard to distinguish--at least on my computer. Hopefully things will be a little brighter in the movie itself. :D Also odd to see almost nothing on this movie on the internet. Not a cover, not even a clear-cut synopsis, other than the article Suzi found earlier. Very mysterious--just like our Steven. ;) :D

It looks interesting but I have a feeling that there will be a lot of gun fights, explosives, but little hand to hand combat fighting. This film looks average, but honestly I am not anticipating any more of his DTV releases..

Quite ironic. I just checked that web site yesterday for the Trailer.

I never exactly liked Foreigner as an action film. I appreciated it as something else. It was rather cliche in spots but I enjoyed it story wise. It was something different for Seagal. I wouldn't mind actually seeing a real cold war thriller where Seagal could play a character like Harry Palmer.

Let me analyze the Trailer. There was some shaky hand held Camera in the beginning. I don't mind it for one or two scenes but hopefully it doesn't occur too much. It barely impressed me in Saving Private Ryan. So why would copycats doing it should impress me suddenly? I liked the two car explosions especially the second one. It looked much better than the last few Films. Have to say the low budget truck sequence doesn't look half bad. It actually looks like it might be slightly tense. As far as hand to hand fighting I think I saw three quick scenes? Third one sort of froze in the Trailer.

There was a more or less recent Hong Kong Film called Breaking News. The plot centered around two groups of robbers and the Hong Kong Police being stuck in the same apartment building. Very interesting idea through lots of missed opportunities in that film. To me Black Dawn seems to resemble that plot. The Trailer seems to be showing either the inside of a building or events that occur near it. So I suppose I just assumed that it does center on Seagal infiltrating the terrorist's layer and slowly climbing his way up the stairs and floors ala Bruce Lee in Game of Death.

I was never exactly excited about this movie but it looks decent. If the Plot turns out to be what I predicted I will be more than happy. There will be little to no hand to hand fighting but if they choreograph the gun sequences well enough I can accept the previous. And what a surprise the awful trench coat didn't make it in to this one. But wait it did except they filmed it only half way making it only seem like a leather jacket. I would think maybe he had to dry clean it after wearing it non stop for three or four films. Seagal looks good in a business suit and there was I think some sort of a light brown jacket. We should have more of anything as long as it's not that trench coat.

I am modernly excited. I am excited about November because of other things but sure I will give this Film a Rental.

This does not excite me too much, I'm sorry to say. I will probably rent it anyway when it comes out, but won't expect anything out of it.

The Trailer looks pretty decent. Cool explosions. For me it doesn`t matter if Seagal does not have a lot of hand to hand combat in this movie. I don`t wanna see Stunt-doubles and stockfootage. And no VO. Lets hope they release it very very very very very very very soon. Seagal you are the best!

Nice Trailer... it looks B grade. I wonder when will Steven Seagal quit releasing his movies direct to DVDs and onto the big screens... he deserves better!

The trailer isn't made that well, indeed. I think it's going to be just the same as The Foreigner. A movie about spionage and most of action will be shoot-outs and explosions. But that doesn't matter to me. I just don't want the voicedubbing and the stuntdoubles. If these two things are not in the movie, I'll be very happy!!!
