I'll switch this over to the Movie Reviews subforum later, but thought you might like to see this online review of Clementine. He didn't like the movie, but actually thought Steven was the highlight! :)

"Clementine. Mediocre taekwando melodrama from Korea, barely watchable stuff, only notable for an extended cameo from Steven Seagal. A real downer for fans, like myself, of Asian cinema, who often forget that there's crap being made over there, too."

Don't you guys think it's soo thrilling! All those new upcoming movies. He never made so many movies in one year. From 1988 till 2001 it was one, rarely two a year. And now; three in 2003, three in 2004, and apparently four in 2005!

And glad to see you're so enthusiastic, Erick! :) I too look forward to each new movie.

Thanks Serena..my family was not thrilled to hear about it being released next week-geez I have been a good boy,don't ya think Santa will bring it?

A Little Bummed

Well even thought Seagal had small role in "Clemetine" the one thing I did not
like is that it was subtitled instead of dubbed like "Out Of Reach". But still it
was pretty good. I'm still searching guys about the "Unleashed" movie and to
see if i can find it. If I have ant luck my friend if anybody will find out for, so
hang in their and I will let you know. :)

I spotted Clemetine at Tower Records yesterday so obviously I bought it. :D


I just tryed to watch it now, it is soo bad! The fight scene sucked, I can't even finish this film.

Also one of the USA team members who was cheering for USA in the beginning Tae Kwon Do sparring round, the african american guy with the sort of dread lock hair style, his name is Anthony, I know him and he is friends with our Tae Kwon Do team. He is on the Junior National USA Tae Kwon Do team.

No but the one or two he made was perfect..... And now he has 2-3 upcoming movies a year,but they all suck:rolleyes::rolleyes: The only one that looks good is Into The Sun.I'm not into that whole Enemy Within idea about monsters and ****. I wish he would go back to the good old days and just do what he used to, not just for the money but for us as well!


Now to another crappy movie.Clementine is pure and utter crap, I knew that Seagal's part was smart but the movie itself didnt have anything to offer at all and I'm not the kind of person who sits through a whole movie when the charecter I'm dying to see only has about 5 minutes in the movie, and the rest of the movie is crap.

Ye I agree the movie was crap, even the fight scenes were crap as well.

I give it a 2/5 stars.

Yeah, Clementine is pretty bad. Unlike a lot of people here, I kind of like some of the fights. They're not shot very well, but the choreography is okay. In Seagal's fight, though, I think there's only one shot where the man is actually doing the real fighting, and that's when he's sitting on the hero's chest and smacking the hell out of him. That's not the real problem, though. The real problem is all that sloppy melodrama.

hard to fight is the name in germany.
This was my first Steven Seagal DVD and i was so disappointed after seeing this film.It is not a Seagal Film for me.The film and the story was not bad,they had good actors but how long could we see Steven?Some minutes and that was all.
For an Steven Seagal Film ist was bad.ANd if you say this film is not an Steven Seagal film it was good.Do you undestand what i mean? Hope sou,because it is very difficult to explain somthing in another language.

Please, don´t consider this crap as a Seagal film.It only was a very brief cameo.

The movie is horrible in all the ways

Forget that **** and enjoy with The Glimmer Man, Under Siege 2 & 1, Out For Justice, Marked For Death, Fire Down Below(his more romantic bluessy film)and nowadays with Mercenary For Justice, Submerged(a cool duet with Vinnie Jones), Belly Of The Beast(although he is very fat), Out For A Kill and the enjoyable plot of Black Dawn(although there´s no fights and it´s really overshape)

My review: Pretty bad, and the combat really ****ing dissapointing.

Crap,crap,crap,crap,craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the bad thing is that you can find this DVD under "Steven Seagal" and you think wow it is nice a Seagal film and you do not know this one.After looking you are shocked ,on Steven Seagal for the last hour only some minutes at the end.
Look at ebay and you will find this one as "Steven Seagal Hard to fight".
It is NO Seagal Film for me,only a film that you can look and forget.
