Michael Winnick was still in Post-Production of his last movie „The Better Half” last month, he did some “last minute” work for it right before christmas.

That’s probably the reason why “Code of Honor” delayed. Maybe the filming could start now in January or February, but that’s just a guess.
It could also be a possibility that „Cypher“ will be made first. I’m guessing/hoping we should know more during the next 4-10 weeks.

By the way, for his last two movies Winnick worked with soundtrack composer Jeff Cardoni, who is doing pretty good work in my opinion (www.jeffcardoni.com). He also composed some feature films like “Step Up: All In” or tv series like “CSI: Miami”. I hope he will work on "Code of Honor" too.

Right now there are so many rumours about new movies, but nothing seems to be happening. I contacted Keoni Waxman last week. I hope he can give us some facts about new projects.

You’re right, “Code of Honor” should have been filmed in August originally. If Winnick now finished his last movie, things maybe could go forward now.

Thank you for your efforts DiDa, although I don’t know if Waxman has a lot of contact with Steven right now?

Maybe someone can contact Premiere Entertainment, if they have some updates now? If they still haven’t any infos I guess “Cypher” will be made first.

I contacted Premiere Entertainment.

Did they respond? :)

Maybe it will finally go forward now, as they now created a page for the movie on their site.

By the way, their latest produced action movie “The Night Crew” with Luke Goss and Danny Trejo gets a limited theatrical release in USA starting this week.

I really hope this one will not be filmed in Eastern Europe (with all do respect)

Sorry, they didn't. But it is nice to see that it is listed on their page.

They are at least a little bit further than Voltage, which still has no change.

@DiDa
and if it being shot in Eastern Europe? Is there a way for us to prevent them from being traditional = saving all costs, keep it cheap as possible, fly to Bucharest and dang the movie in a month?

I really don't care, if the movie is shot in Eastern Europe, as long as Seagal is in, stays honest to himself . Sure a new location would be nice, but honestly how much influence has our fandom?

We can only victorious, if we unite our minds and face the reality. Secondary do we have the financial power to fund the movie of our dreams? Moreover which is the movie all fans dream of? I can't afford that money.

A movie starring Seagal with a lot of screentime is the dream from all of us, yes, but the story?

Seagal made every action scenario for him acceptable. Seagal in more movies with "monsters, mumies and mutations" would be fun. But Seagal is not the type, who likes this kind of movie genre. According to Vern, the spiders from SUBMERGED were removed due his request. Or the fact that the antagonists in ATTACK FORCE were in reality beings from outer space, if we can believe Joe Halpin. I am believing in him, too.

AGAINST THE DARK and ATTACK FORCE were the most sci-fi-horror-esque with Seagal and I do enjoy them as well, because of their unique status in the life of Seagal.

We have to appreciate what we got, even if its the same soup all over again. Better than hungry.

I am sure this is the "foreign and domestic' movie Steven was talking about. Waxman mentioned they changed the title.

Yes, I think you're right.

FAD was originally scheduled to be filmed in Alabama. I think that could be nice.
