There are some new reports (mostly in Spanish) that an actor named William Levy will start a movie in Utah with Steven Seagal around February 28. There isn’t a title mentioned, though.

Since it can’t be neither “Cypher” nor a movie from Keoni Waxman, it seems to be “Code of Honor”, also mentionable is the fact that Michael Winnick already filmed a movie in Utah (Guns, Girls & Gambling).

If it’s true, we should hear more news soon.

Colonel Robert Sikes is on a mission to rid his city of crime. As a stealthy, one-man assault team, he will take on street gangs, mobsters, and politicians with extreme prejudice until his mission is complete. His former protégé, William Porter, teams up with the local police department to bring his former commander to justice and prevent him from further vigilantism.

Cool! Who do you think Seagal will play? The vigilante?

So Seagal, director Winnick and Rickert for cinematography are the only known persons yet, who are involved?
Has anyone any idea how long this pre-production period is sheduled at all? 4 weeks?

I’ve read a lot of positive opinions about his work, I think the movie will have a good look.

I see he also did Misfire with Gary Daniels. To give you an impression:

I hate to say it but that movie looked cheap.

Yes (although we should admit it cost only 1 million), but it seems he did a good work on „Dead Drop“, “Across the Line: The Exodus of Charlie Wright” and the trailer for “The Night Crew” looks pretty solid for it’s low budget.

You are right, I forgot that Misfire was really low budget.
