Desperatly Seeking Steven Seagal Figure!

Have any of you could be recently or long time ago not sure, Seen the "Above the Law - Steven Seagal Action Figure"?

I am looking for that figure and have had no success finding it. I have checked many places online still no luck. I am willing to pay a good amount for the figure. If you have it and are willing to sell it to me I would be most appriciated.
