I LOVE this site but - Did you ever stop to think that for Security reasons and to avoid further lawsuits Erica/PA was told to act that way or loose her job? There are some greedy people out there and Steven knows it. He is aware of what she is doing. The American concerts were a security nightmare.
Has everyone forgotten the death threats for Steven and his family from the mafia? Do you think the mafia has a short memory? They haven’t forgotten. They have a global reach.
What authority or right does any fan(s) have to order Erica or any PA how to act and threaten her job? NONE!
How would you like to perform a 2 hour concert, sometimes 2 a day, get flash bulbs in your eyes, sign you name between 100 to 300 times a night and then be criticized by strangers who feel that you owe them special treatment or time? If everyone got what they wanted he would be up half the night too ( multiply 5 min X 200 people). Please have some respect for his privacy, his personal life and loves and let him get some rest. Most of us would fold if they had to do his schedule for even a week. Just be thankful that he is there and he is signing things.
And please consider: Steven has Always charged for his autograph at public events, seminars etc. He gives the money to the Buddhists to fund the refugee girls programs with the Nuns, etc…

Common Sense should prevail … Yes common sense should prevail and fans should finally resonate some understanding.
Erica isn’t doing anything wrong. NO ONE should threaten her or try to touch or hurt her - Steven doesn’t hire people who can’t take care of themselves. He can’t afford to baby-sit some helpless female.
Several years ago Steven’s personal assistant job was open, criteria follows:
“Personal Assistant Wanted for International action film star. Must have very thick skin and valid passport. Long hours, 6 days a week / 12hour days when traveling. Must thrive on pressure, think quickly on their feet, be one-step ahead of his needs, multi-tasking is essential. Foreign language a plus but not necessary. Background in Martian arts and weapons also helpful… World travel required, salary : $800/week. Keep 12-20 person entourage (including personal chef, monks, body guards) happy at all times. Is a management position, responsible for getting all the entourage where they need to go including 50 pieces of luggage, plus . Discretion is mandatory. (An example is “if someone were to get shot? How would you react?) You are the first line of defense between him and any kind of threat, be mindful of security first and trust no one.”
Consider a recent interview where the PA called the interviewer and then asked Steven if he was okay with it … “first it’s his assistant … and nicely asks that we do not ask … anything about his family, his personal life, his religion, his movies … or anything remotely connected to any “legal troubles” … he may have had in the past.” And for those fans who are willing to listen -- women make the best assassins.
