EXIT WOUNDS was a U.S. #1 box-office hit
Yeah...it didn't do too bad on opening

HALF PAST DEAD had a weird worldwide release. I already had the official R1 DVD, long before it crept into limited UK cinemas for a week
Same with TICKER; I think most of us had it before HPD was released in theaters.
I only remember seeing a TV ad for HPD the day before it started to show(still have my premiere ticket and a pack of stickers from that contest they thru back then...remember that?)
TICKER even had a theatrical run in Japan...I remember the web-site; where you had to dis-arm the bomb..:)

Whilst Holidaying, My father picked me up a VCD of TICKER from Malaysia (about a year before it hit DVD) I remember reviewing it on the old Seagal site, and having to answer loads of questions about it :)

The closest HPD came to me was a cinema in Newcastle (and I couldn't make it there, as it only ran for a week)

I'd love to see Fire Down Below and The Glimmer Man on bluray too - but definitely looking forward to Exit Wounds.
Yeah....now that many people have HD TVs and HD TV channels I've seen 'Fire Down Below' 'Glimmerman' and 'On Deadly Ground' in better resolution that what has been release...neither of these have been released in Bluray; only option is to record them off the HD channel.

Yeah can't believe those ones haven't been released yet. Wonder what the hold up is as sure more people would buy them than the recent releases.

Not sure about 'Glimmerman'...but it may be because 'On Deadly Ground & "Fire Down Below' were the ones that they allowed Seagal to have control over....might be their way of saying 'fu*k you' to him. Basically the same reason why the SNL episode has never been released in any of the SNL collections.

Notice On Deadly Ground, The Glimmer Man and Fire Down Below are available in 1080P at iTunes. Just wondering if anyone has bought them and if so what is the quality like? At moment they are $9.99 each, so not too cheap. :(

I rewatched Exit Wounds yesterday. It must have been 10 years since I saw the movie. So good to see Steven really care about the movie. You can tell he was open to do everything (wirework, stunts) although it's a very different fight style then we were used to. Steven has become his own enemy after that. He just wants too much control. It's the best if he let other people do their work (director, producer, DP) and just listen to them.

The quality is far better than upscaling the DVD and they’re uncut but it’s nowhere near as good as a Blu-ray. It’s the best we’re likely to get though.

Nice one thanks, might get The Glimmer Man to see. Had it recorded in 720P off the television and quality wasn't great. :(

Got The Glimmer Man. Watched it the other night and still enjoy the movie. Quality is much better than DVD, sound is 5.1 too. Only thing was it looks like it was only available in 720P. Frame size was 1226x720.
Will definitely get On Deadly Ground and Fire Down Below.

Did anyone in the UK see the version recently broadcast on Paramount? They kept censoring a certain word which I won't repeat from all of DMX's background music! Bizarre.
