Force of Execution

For crying out loud then dont watch it. Nobody's forcing you to watch it

Don't be angry. Of course I will watch the movie! But I am just saying that I like it more when Seagal plays the good guy who is killing the bad guys. It seems that his role is more of a "non fighting" one. He plays the leader of a criminal empire. Usually this kind of characters are only giving orders to their henchman. You know what I mean...
That's just the feeling I have for this movie / plot.

It sounds like Seagal is finally on the right tracks. I haven't seen Maximum Conviction yet (It's on my Christmas list) but I am already certain that it will be a classic action film. And as for Force of Execution praise the lord Seagal has finally realised that starring with bigger stars could easily boost his career.

Steve Austin in Max Con
Danny Trejo & Vingh Rhames in Force of Execution
And now Anderson Silva announced (I'm thinking maybe Exit Wounds style film) it finally looks like 2013 could be the year of Seagal :)

That would be cool :) only Keoni Waxman is directing again, I dont like him as a director. I'd wish Seagal would work with someone like Rodriguez or Joel Silver again. The only Waxman Seagal movie I like is Maximum Conviction.

Well maybe now that waxman is working with danny and ving he will put a lot of effort into this movie, besides when they filmed maximum conviction they also filmed true justice season 2 right after words so he had a lot of stress going on and still made max con look pretty good he hasnt done or made anything for about what 7 months now? and they dont have true justice season 3 planned to shoot right after they made Forces of Execution. My point is He doesnt have that extra stress and can fully focus on the movie.

I think Waxman is the best director Seagal has ever had. Together with Roel Reine.
The Keeper, A Dangerous Man, True Justice and Maximum Conviction don't look cheap and have a great cinematography.

I don't have a problem with the plot, but I don't think this will be a good movie. I'm sure it will be filmed during 2-3 weeks and there will be a lot of doubles for "Alexander Coates", especially for dangerous action scenes like getting out of a car or sitting around.

Totally agree with you. I hope that the plot will change. Sometimes that happens...

Yeah it does and not always for the better. Look at the original plots for Attack Force, Submerged or Shadow Man for example!

That's exactly what I'm worried about too. The all too familiar Seagal laziness creeping in again.
