Hello folks.

Hello Ms. Scarborough.
Thank you, nice to meet you too.
Congrats on your playoff win this weekend. [Jets]!
How far are you from ground zero? Am glad that you were not one of the victims of the terrorist attacks in 2001. At least not one of the ones that was killed anyway. I think most New Yorkers were effected mentally at least.
Take care and God Bless Ms. Scarborough!

Hello again mam.
I am impressed you stick with your team no matter what. I like that, loyalty is the one of the most important signs that someone has strong character. I have always loved the Oakland Raiders, so I am like you this year, my team sucked. Norv Turner is an Egg Lady too in my opinion.
I am glad your not near ground zero. Nice and far from you. Being out in the country though, I wonder how far you are from the Gotti's, they had a place out in the country of New york state. Granted, I do understand New York is huge.
Until the next time Ms. Scarborough.............

Norv Turner???? Don't know them. Gotti...heard of him....isn't he in prison. Or did that one croak?

I have always liked the Cowboys. When I was a kid I wanted to be a Cowboys cheerleader. Ha, ha....um...oh well....their loss.:D

Hello Ms. Scarborough.
Norv Turner is the current Raider Head Coach.
John Gotti was in a Federal Pen in Marion, Illinois until about a year or so ago, he died of cancer in the joint. Mafia, yes indeed mam.

Mam?!....oh.. I think I love you!!! Such a gentlman.:D Can I introduce you to my hubby? pointers!! heh, heh. Just kidding....he is not that bad.:)

PainMaster.
Uh Oh!

Mrs. Scarborough:

I have no doubt if my wife knew you and the sir, she would say I could learn a thing or two from him as well. Any man or woman who sticks only there spouse and remains loyal has got to be commended and recoginized for their devotion to that person. To me, how can you truly have a close friend and faith in that person if that person cannot even be loyal and devoted to his/her spouse. If they can't be loyal to the spouse, most likely, when you need a shoulder to lean on, you'll bump your head on the deck.

lately that is all I seem to be doing....hitting my head on the deck. I hate potholes. We are fine, except for a couple of issues in the mend.(no adultery..just issues)

Oooooooooooh, not good.

Anything I can help with perhaps?
If not, that's ok. However, feel free to jot a line or two and I'll do my best. However again, if you ask for advice or my opinion, if you want me to be honest you may or may not like my response.

just prayer....and tylenol. Someone is playing the drums in my head. (moan) The "talking" should be between my husband and I....but thanks.:D It has been nice chatting with you. I have to go. My husband should be home soon. See you around on the forum.:)

One quick suggestion egg lady.

Though you didn't ask for it, my first suggestion if you can get hubby to go is for you two to sign up for some couple counseling, and of course also, go to it!

Jules

then maybe I wouldn't find so many potholes. Every marriage has their bumps. It just happens to be my turn. Most of the time it is not bad at all, but when we find the bumps...we find them. I am just glad we do not find them frequently.:)

Hello Tora.
Thank you.

You're welcome to be welcomed back. It's funny though, how people come and go and sometimes they do come back...And I do remember most of the old folks but what is funny,do they remember me?I guess I've grown up a bit ever since :D And yet seeing old faces is nice.

Marriage and Peace

Here's a story about how one person helped his daughter and son-in-law when they were at odds: "He came to visit them. It is said that he lay down between them and had each of them place a hand on his belly. He told them to breathe with him and to remain together in that position until peace came to both of them. Sometime later he left them, smiling broadly. A companion who witnessed the difference in his countenance from when he had entered questioned him as to why he was now smiling. He responded that he was now smiling because the two people most beloved by him were now at peace."
One could, perhaps, substitute whatever sacred object they prefer - the Bible for instance - as the "belly", or whatever to focus the breathing.
The story comes from the early 600's A.D. and the man was the Prophet Muhammad and the couple were his daughter Fatima and husband Ali.
Peace

I don't like it when I see married couples not at peace. What is weird with me is that my husband and I get along pretty well. This is the bad part. Too much gets brushed under the rug. I don't think I would want to look under that rug. Things have a tendancy to resurface. You have to learn to keep communication open...and "let things go."

Rooster, maybe you won`t believe it, but after we finished chating I did stay really disturbed because you thought I had left the chat on purpose when you was entering. I would be uncapable to do this. Believe me, you are a very respectful person (even though Ì`ve known you for a very short time, I can see that) and I really enjoy to talk to you. So, never think again I am capable to do such a thing. I am a friend of my friends until death. Well, consider me your Cuban friend forever, right?
Trust me!
Yours
Douglas

No worries my friend.
I was just busting your chops on splitting. I wasn't sure whether you split because I showed up or not, I was just teasing you like that is exactly what you did. I wasn't convinced or anything like that, that it was indeed the way you juiced me. I was strictly honest here, only teasing you Hahahaha. Don't feel bad cubanfan, I think your a good man too from what I know of you and I wasn't distrubed, especially with your great chat too. You and Serena are fun folks to chat with. Wonna share my G.I.Joe action figures with me? Don't ask to borrow the super hero underwears though.
