Sorry cant help either ..even though iam doing arts at the moment i wouldnt even attempt it..iam jst an writter and even thats up sh.it creek at the moment thanks to two di.cks putting me off ...i dont like being lied to and you know that saying what goes around..comes around ..yes well it will..

You need to find someone with Illustrator CS4; it has a tracing function that might work (although there's a lot of detail, so you'll have to find someone who's got at least 1gb of RAM, I think). Once it's traced, it becomes a vector image that you can enlarge (you'll have to get someone to paint it in for you) and/or print without any fuzziness.
