Hi, Shirlgirl13 here and this is my first visit. I am a 73 yr. young Nana to a very talented almost 11 yr., old granddaughter. Her name is Skye Bennett and she just recently finished playing Steven Seagal's daughter in his soon to be released "SHADOWMAN" (FORMERLY Shadows of the Past). It will be released on Jun 6th this year on Sony DVD. WE in her family are quite anxious to see the movie and hope she did well. She has since been in another movie with Danny Devito called "The Good Night". It also stars Gwenyth Paltrow and Penelope Cruz. Skye just has a couple of small scenes with Danny in that movie. She has also appeared recently in a very popular Hospital TV show in England, where she resides. I think we may see a very up and coming actress here, but then , I am a bit prejudiced.

On behalf of all the Seagal fans on the site, may I be the first to welcome you. It is good to hear from you Shirlgirl13. I have seen your interesting and informative posts on the IMDb message boards for this film and I had hoped you would come join us hear. We are all looking forward to the release of Shadow Man as you are and I for one will certainly look out for your granddaughter, a very pretty young girl. What was the name of the popular hospital series she has recently appeared in here in the UK? I watch some TV, so I may well know it. I will also look out for The Good Night (2006) which I know will be released soon. I hope to hear more from you, and more about Skye in the near future.

Thank you all for welcoming me to this site. It is a pleasure seeing people write interesting facts and enjoyable chatter about Steven. The IMDB site can be a little brash and hard to take at times. Some very uneducated people write in there. To answer the question about the soap that Skye was in last week, the name of it is "Holby City". She played a young girl whose Mother was in the hospital with a heart attack. Just a one-time role.
