Hey you are the director to Into The Sun right?

Anyway Into The Sun is a true quality film this remains one of my most favorite and top Seagal DTV release.

You're perfectly welcome, it is a genuinely entertaining film, people complain about it being very slow but I think the pace was just fine, let us get to grips more with the characters is how I see it, oh and you can go ahead and make a sequel if you like :D

I love the Japanese artwork & poster.

If you get the Japanese DVD it has extra scenes and a making of EPK that's fantastic with everybody in the cast & crew all interviewed.

As far as a sequel I would love to work with Steven again...we had a blast... best mink

Glad you like the site, do the extras on the Japanese DVD have English subtitles?

Most people have this movie as their favorite DTV for Steven Seagal. :)

Im not sure if the DVD extras have english subtitles... Im pretty sure... most of the interviews are in english with Japanese Kanji on the screen... If you liked the movie its a far better presentation of the movie overall and the cut is slightly different... peace mink

Nope... There is one short action with Juleitte Marquis and Yakuza henchman the rest of the scenes are with Matt Davis, Block, Jewel back story and an extra scene with Chiaki...

Rastafari.... Stunt doubles are used in all movies and yes Steven does use a double sometimes and always has for certain things. It is too risky for the film company to use steven for all the dangerous moments. Its like a professional athlete coming out for a few moments in a quarter to rest rather than get exhausted and play the whole game...

i meant did he have a stunt double for fighting as some people on here said that in into the sun seagal did not do his own fighting

Just wondering Mink why were there doubles for Seagal when he was walking? There are alot of scenes in the film when Seagal just walks and from the back you can tell it is a double.

First of all I'd like to say that I really liked the movie, have rented and bought it, and watched it several times, and I nearly steal a poster of it, but, well, I decided not to do that . :D

I'd like to ask two questions:

The first question is about the ending of the film: was it intended to leave the possibility of a sequel? I mean when Hunter receives a call in the car.

The second is about the electronic music which can be heard right after the opening credits, when Tokyo is introduced from the air whith all those fancy computer effects. Is that a song or was created only for this illustrational scene?
