How many windows do you have open?

When viewing forums, if you use the menu above the header on the page, and click on "chat", it should open a new window for you and leave the current forums window you are viewing open.

That's how it works for me at least.

Kokoro , More than one window is open .One for the Seagal site and one for the chat . For some reason I am getting a dialogue box telling me that IE will now close and then it goes to another box telling me the program is not responding . What to do ?

"X"???????????????
"X" means to close the screen out........if that's the only screen you have open of course IE gonna close...you closed it....
even if you have 5 screens open .....if you "X" the main one ....it'll close......

Yeah but if the "chat" is in the main ......it'll close down......I do that stuff all the time....I'll have a bunch of windows open.....and many times I'll hit the main and close myself out...tho all the other sreens are still there open....

So if I understand you right......you have this message board open as your main?....then pop over to the chat which opens a 2nd screen........but when you sign out of the chat ....you lose everything then?

What version of IE are you running?
it's possible it could be one of those "security" bugs....you may want to check out the updates and see what's new in there......
may help.......may not......
you know PC stuff......2 people can be running the exact systems .....one may be plagued with all kinds of stuff.....whereas the other may run flawlessy....with PC's it really could be alot of things.....I sometimes have to go thru that process of elimination to find what's messing me up.....
