Hard to say. Depends what you mean by best. For me it's gotta be one of his wackier ones like Kill Switch or A Good Man.IMO, it's one of, if not the, best of his DTV-era output. It went back to the early formula of these kinds of Action pictures with a simple pursuit (revenge) that leads him to taking down the dirty cops and mob and gang bangers that get in his way. Seagal does quite a few fights, and I liked how they had a build up to the last bad guy that Seagal must take down hand to hand.
