Metal gear solid fans?

Is there any fans of the metal gear solid game series on here?

I loved the first one on the PSX. The second one contained too many movies, and i lost interest in it.

Is the third one any good?

The third is probably the best one so far. The gameplay is great with the new CQC (Close quarters combat) moves and the camo system. But the story isnt as great as the origional.

I have enjoyed the MGS series so far, have only played half an hour of the third one so far.

I prefer the Splinter Cell series at the moment though. Am awaiting the third one being released.
