Congratulations on getting through the test! Do you know if you passed yet?

I couldn't sit seiza for five hours - I can't even sit seiza for five minutes (stiff joint problem down there as well). We're allowed to sit cross-legged as long as we don't lean against the wall. Unfortunately, sitting cross-legged for me is just as uncomfortable as sitting seiza?

So! Did you pass? Do they not tell you at the end of the test? Tell! Tell!

well it was 9th kyu...and because it was a major training where they do black belt training which i htink its like 3 times a year everywhere in the world on that date everyone in yoshinkan does it.... they didnt tell me at the end im sure i'll find out on tuesday when i go next and get my certificate...its cool cause my dojo is reconised everywhere around the world in yoshinkan. but because it was a major one i skipped 10th kyu and went to 9th kyu...but not many ppl do 10th kyu its practally the same as 9th...lol very confusing i know... oh sitting in seiza is a killer i hate it..for so long...

I don't think I could wait a few days for results! I'm grateful in my dojo they give you the results right away!

So, now, we have to wait until Tuesday!

an update on my training
im not sure how many lessons it has been now but i have been regulary going...to advanced classes when i can....im slowly getting used to rolling im landing on my feet now sometimes going sideways lol but sometimes its good so its ok.
we're doing demonstration training at the monment and soon it will be 8th kyu training i am looking forward it....once u get the first grading out of the way you become a lot more confident with things.
i am highly enjoying aikido....sure sometimes i have to force my self to go but after the lesson im so glad i came i come into aikido feeling like oh no...and come out saying that was awesome every time!!
but saying that of course u get bad days every now and then...but u need to have them...and next time u always improve...even if its just a little bit

Well, good luck! I hope you do well, if you decide to test!

-TD, unsure if she's going to make it to the next class, as she is still sore from the last class
