Need help finding a certain Seagal movie

I remember seeing the trailer for a Seagal movie years ago. Part of it featured a guy roundhouse kicking a cop/corrections officer/security guard in the head.

I know this is really not much to go on at all but I thought I'd give it a shot. Thanks in advance!!

Off the top of my head, maybe Driven to Kill aka Ruslan. He has a huge battle against dirty cops at the end of the film.

Maximum Conviction? That featured a lot of corrections officers/cops and is set in a prison. However, a lot of uniformed people have been kicked in the head in a Seagal film, so you might have to be give a few more details if you can. We're happy to help!

I don't think so. I'll have to watch it to see.

Hey...okay, yeah I guess it was stupid. But it was entertaining as hell. Do you maybe remember an approximate year?
