steve doesnt like this dude anymore because he embarassed him elsewhere, when he talked to gene le belle, trying to get some shit out of him; gene was a gent and didnt give any details as to if steve shit in his pants or not when he got choked, but that was a stupid mistake anyway, back in the day; anybody can kill you if you get that close, you're not supposed to get in that position
