Why do I get the sinking feeling that we'll either never get to see this movie...or it'll be a Submerged type situation where the movie we get is totally different from the original product.

Hopefully he will hand over the footage so that the producers can edit the movie. In one of the video I posted above Smoorenburg talked about how Katusin also threatened to destroy the footage....not good......

I'm in contact with the creator of order of the dragon Instagram page I don't post on here often but have been a Steven Seagal fan since I was 7 and have been on this website since probably 2010 here's an official update and breakthrough with order of the dragon

LEGAL BREAKTHROUGH: INJUCTION IN CROATIA SUCCESFULLY SERVED AGAINST KATUSIN
With regard to the film project "Order of the Dragon", we have now taken a further step to secure the film footage. Unfortunately, we also felt compelled to take what we consider to be a regrettable step against Mr Kartusin and his company Dream Team Pictures d.o.o.. After the project was blocked by Mr Kartusin and he repeatedly disseminated inaccurate representations of the legal situation, we felt compelled to apply for a temporary injunction.
The injunction was granted following a judicial review and recognition of our asserted claim. It was duly served on Mr Kartusin in Croatia in a translated form, with the service being accompanied and arranged by a Croatian legal representative.
According to the court order, Mr Kartusin is prohibited from licensing, reproducing, distributing, publicly performing and making the film 'Order of the Dragon' publicly available to third parties without our consent, and/or from causing third parties to carry out the aforementioned acts.
The copyright and distribution licences are held by Filmworkers GmbH in co-production with Retro Gold 63 UG and Shamrock Media.
An internal decision is still pending as to whether we will make the letter regarding the interim injunction available to the public in redacted form.
