I am on a vacation and can not check the site a lot. Seems I missed a lot. Thanks for the new cover and stills!

Note: The following text may contain spoilers

A GOOD MAN is a thriller in which an ex-special forces operative assists a friend in hunting down a gang leader who has kidnapped a child.

VIOLENCE
There is frequent strong violence, including shootings and stabbings, as well as hand-to-hand combat. There is some focus on bloodshed and on the infliction of injuries.

LANGUAGE
There is some strong language ('f**k' and 'motherf***er'), much of which is used in an aggressive and threatening manner.

NUDITY
There is some sexualised nudity in scenes set inside a pole dancing club.

This is ridiculous the trailer should have already been here lets be honest now. Someone should look around & message some people who might have the trailer or something because it honestly should have been here by now with only 2 months of its release.

There is no release date for the trailer, so no it should not have been here by now. Second of all, trailers for DTV movies are often released about a month (sometimes even less) before the movie is released.

Must be available only in the UK because I just watched it.

Looks good. More screentime for Seagal, more of a focus on his character in this than in FOE (but I did enjoy FOE because, even without Seagal, it had enough other interesting characters/performances to hold your attention), more action - both shooting, fighting and a bit of sword action, and it has the same professional style as FOE. They obviously haven't got Ving or Trejo, but Tzi Ma (think that's his name) from 24, and just about every US film where they require a decent Chinese villain, is not a bad choice to replace them, and there's one of the actors from Mutant X playing the now-obligatory "younger male hero" that you get in every recent Seagal film. Oh and even the explosion looks good, certainly the opening sequence looks more professional than, say, the opening sequence in Into the Sun (even though that's one of my favourites from his DTV output)

Looking forward to this, and the sequel.

Yes, it looks like a c-movie from the 90es and the trailer is badly edited. Can't believe he refused to work on EX3 for this.

I think it looks good. The first trailer was slightly better though.

I'm not entirely sure what you guys were expecting?

Seagal didn't look doubled at all (although, I'm sure if I slowed down every sequence, I'd spot them) and it's a straight to DVD movie. Seagal looks badass, and it seems to be action packed (and he's wielding the swords, hammers, knifes again) Most of his DTV cover-art feature a helicopter...at least this movie actually has one (lol) It looks more bigger budget than FOE (in my opinion) I think certain people are expecting a $100m blockbuster.....Those days are over folks. Enjoy it for what it is....A new Seagal flick. As long as the plot isn't too complex, and the doubles aren't easily noticable, I'll be happy enough just to see Seagal kick ass....So what's the problem?

Great post, Lee, and I do agree -- I didn't notice one double, although unless it's jump-off-the-screen obvious I don't always. LOL Some of the more action-filled fight scenes scenes were obviously the younger co-stars and not Seagal. The scenes with Steven where he was using his hands were definitely him, as well as those with him yielding the weapons, as Lee mentioned.

Obviously just a 1:27 minute trailer, but I thought it looked pretty good myself and I'm looking forward to it. As I've mentioned a few times since joining, I haven't followed Seagal all these years looking for Oscar-worthy movies -- although, to be honest, I seldom agree with those nominated for Oscars. :D I'm just looking for 1-1/2 hours of escapism and action and bad guys getting their asses kicked. LOL

Thanks for the trailers, Martin and andrey_hard! I am really looking forward to this.
And a little envious the UK is getting it before me. :gun: :D
