No one mention Kindergarten Kop 2?

I enjoyed quite a few of Dolph's movies, but haven't seen any of his most recent ones.

The Meckanik for me was one of his better ones. I thought Command Performance wasn't too bad. Was expecting Skin Trade to be better than it was so watched it with high expectations and was a bit disappointed. He has certainly churned out the movies in the past years, even quicker it seems than Seagal's DTV releases.
I enjoyed Kindergarten Cop 2 - nice to see him in something different. :)

He was apparently supposed to star in The Perfect Weapon with Seagal but it obviously didn't happen.

Yeah, i think he was supposed to play Johnny Messner's role. I am curious why it didn't happen if i recall correctly Seagal said in an interview somewhere that Dolph is a nice guy but at the time wasnt interested/looking for it.

He should have done it, even The Perfect Weapon would have been a step up quality-wise from a good deal of Dolph's recent output.

Watched it again recently and enjoyed it, was just nice to see Steven in something different.

I'm not a fan of Perfect Weapon at all. The only things I liked is that it was something different for Seagal and that (one of) his characters died. It's for me easily one of his worst films from the past few years and i probably find my least favorite Lundgren film more enjoyable than Perfect Weapon. Also to stay on topic of this thread Operation Seawolf has finished filming now and will release in 2022 ;)

Kindergarten Cop 2 wasn't great but as a Dolph fan I enjoyed seeing him in a comedy film. They both have an extensive output but with exception of a few of his recent films most of them are quite well done. I'd easily recommend The Package and Riot for action films and Legendary, Battle of the Damned and Don't Kill It if you're a fan of those genres.
Kindergarten Cop 2 was okay. It did have some laughs.

I think Dolph has the best career of the b action movie stars at the moment . He had Creed 2, Aquaman and will also film Aquaman 2 soon.

If you don't count in newer stars like Scott Adkins Dolph is definitely doing solid with DTV movies, alto i haven't been the biggest fan of some of his recent ones (specifically Hard Night Falling, The Tracker, Altitude, Larceny and a few others) Van Damme is going in a solid direction aswell. We Die Young, Lukas and Van Johnson were great, Last Mercenary looks fun and Frenchy is supposed to release this year aswell.
