Oh, suzi... I do not believe, not for one minute, that Steven doesn't like the Turkish people. He made a very bad movie, and not only that, he didn't even put that much effort into it - you know that more than half the lines were dubbed and he didn't do most of the fighting in it himself. You could tell he didn't care about the movie - and probably didn't even realise that the bad guys, being Turks, would upset the Turkish people in the way they were portrayed.
This was just a very bad movie that he should never have made. I don't think there was anything political about it. He didn't write the movie, and I don't think other than showing up on the set he put any effort into making the movie, not like his early movies, where he was involved in every detail.
Just because I don't like him doesn't mean you shouldn't! And remember, we don't like to believe the bad things people say about him, here! And if somebody said he doesn't like the Turkish people, remember, it's just what "somebody" said, not what he said, because what he said, we just don't know!

Thanksgiving is a time in American to say a special thanks for what we are grateful for.
