Question for everyone about this site

Hi everyone,

There is something on my mind for a long time and I want to share it with you.

I am a member of this site and a big fan of Steven Seagal for a long time. In that time my contribution to this website has changed. First I posted some comments and after that I became really dedicated to this site and I really liked it to inform all the fans with my updates. I did interviews with directors and created a network of people for myself that are involved with Seagal's productions just to inform you guys and share it on this website.

I still like to share all that info on here, but the only question I have (for a long time) is: For whom am I doing it yet?
I mean, there is no interaction and discussion on the forum anymore. I understand that Steven's career is not like it was before and that's why I want to ask you: Do you still like to see news updates, interviews and all the other stuff? Because right now I have the feeling I am posting all those updates for myself. You know what I mean?

I really don't want to quit, but if there is no demand anymore I hope you guys can understand that I going to put my time into something else.
It's also possible that there a lot of people that are just visiting this site and don't post here. Maybe Administrator can shine a light on this?

I really would like to hear what you guys think about what i just mentioned.

I, for one, enjoy the information you provide regarding films, both while shooting and about potential new Seagal projects. Also like the discussions with directors and others involved. While I would miss the information, I understand if the time and effort it takes to post all this great stuff is too taxing. Thanks.

Hey Dida,

Your contributions to this site are highly appreciated. And I enjoy reading your posts. For me personally it's a time issue. My day job is very time and energy consuming which leaves me little time, opportunity and energy to either post, reply or engage in discussions.

Hi, DiDa. I think everyone has such moments when doubts lay on us with all its weight. But ultimately we should keep doing what make us fun and satisfied nevertheless other`s respond. You do your stuff here very well, DiDa. I always stick to your posts on this forum as you provide us with latest and hottest news. When I had no access to the forum (don`t know for what reason) I felt some vacuum, so I happy that it works now and you provide us with info. Keep doing it!

Agreed and same for me struggle sometimes to post due to work and other stuff. Dida your contributions are highly appreciated and i always read them all. We have noticed less and less visitors over the last 10 years though as Steven Seagal's popularity has reduced due to the sub-standard movies that have been released.

Unfortunately too we get periods where there are lots of movies being released, then other years when we don't have much. Think the core fans still visit the site though.

Just had as look at the stats and we are only getting about 10-20 active registered users visiting daily. This is a lot less than we were previously getting. In the past we had about 50 active members per day.. :(

Your informations are really appreciated! Always looking forward to film news. :) It's great to see some filmmakers taking time to answer questions of fans.
