Recently read that Saturday Night Live Producers

Donald Lee Wilkey

A Steven Seagal fan
apparently accused and banned Steven Seagal for a so-called 'unprofessional and discurteous manners' towards their show's script writers after his appearance years ago
This doesn't surprise me, but disappoints me of SNL's behavior and reactions towards Mr. Steven Seagal's rights and freedoms to conduct and express himself on their show anyway he decided to, that surprises me
I mean let's face it on that one SNL episode Steven Seagal was doing them a favor to upgrade their ratings on national television
Why SNL has to spread it online that they're disturbed is beyond me?
Just goes to show you the negative mannerisms of the dominant society producers never-ending controlling of guests on Saturday Night Live
Feable attempts by SNL to defame Steven Seagal in print, what a joke :p Who in the world would want to return to that show anyways
Wake up SNL producers and smell the roses and coffee
You can't rule Steven Seagal!

I doubt they are accusations...

I am really not surprised that Seagal has been banned. After all what about the rights and freedoms of the people who work at SNL and it's viewers not to have to put up with Seagal and his 'unprofessional and discurteous manners'? :D

They JUST AIRED a SNL special Sunday night here in the States...where they call Steven the "worst host ever" and a "douche"

You know, SNL, you HAVE been on the air now for over 35 years...can't you find a better way to fill your 2 hour retrospective?

My guess is it's Steven's deadpan delivery (maybe). I read that Rob Schneider (a former SNL guy) said that SS said he just read the best script in the world ever and Schneider asked who wrote it and Steven says "I did". In my opinion, Steven was making a joke to Schneider, whose a comedian and Schneider took him serious. When I meet a funny guy/girl, I always crack jokes and jive w/ him/her as I love humor and I love to laugh. A lot of times people don't know how to react to my jokes when I deliver them deadpan (making a joke but w/ a serious face/tone).

Hi titally agree with ya Donald. SNL has to get over it. It was sooo many years ago in fact I have the opening part where he is playing his guitar. I loved it.

I agree...

Anyone who has seen the Onion movie knows how funny Steven can be. And..if I were Rob Schenider...I would feel VERY insignificant standing next to Steven Seagal....I mean...really..if you HAD to wake up next to one of them...I'd bet money that EVERYONE would pick Steven
