No problemo! I enjoy these stats myself to, and since I spend the majority of my time online looking at stuff relating to Steven Seagal, that makes them much for interesting.
But yeah that's what it means, last time I checked about a week ago I guess, it was somewhere around 62, 000 views.
I probably account for a couple hundred of those views. LOL, NO LIFE!

Budget????????????

I've seen a couple of different websites stating that the buget for Into The Sun was only 20 million, not just IMDB. I really wonder if Into the Sun was 35 million dollars to make, I'm starting to think not. If it was only 20 million it proves you don't need a big buget to make a good movie. I hope Seagal's net movies are of this calibur. Any Thoughts??????

Into the Sun - Buy from Amazon
A Direct-to-DVD Steven Seagal movie, but at $20 million you'd think that the studio wasn't planning on going the Direct-to-DVD route.

I must say that judging by the trailer, this movie looks like it will rock. $35 million? That's not bad for a Seagal movie.

Is it getting a theatrical release?

Pardon my ignoarance, but I have been away for a long time...

No, GlimmerMan, it didn't get a theatrical release. It came out in the States on February 15th on DVD, and it's scheduled to be released on DVD in the U.K. on April 11th, although several members did see it in advance somehow. :D

There have been mixed reviews overall on this movie, as seen in the Movie Reviews forum for Into the Sun, but the overall rating so far has been a solid 3 out 5, with some higher and some lower.

Lonewolf! How's it going dawg?! Hahaha! I thought I was Memphis Bleek for a second there. Remember when the site imposters used to call him Memphis Tweeker?! LOL. I was amused by that greatly. Where is my hip-hop loving chum Memphis these days anyhow?

Good to hear from you too pal. It's no worries about not responding to my texts - it's too expensive to phone me on my cellphone during daytime hours anyway. I am the night prowler, living after midnight, rocking till the dawn, loving till the morning then I'm gone, I'm gone!

I certainly will e-mail you my friend - just as soon as I get a spare minute. I will be online in my little house soon anyway so you will all see the permanant return of Glimmer to the site. Some of you may be rather unsettled by this news. Fear not, for the Lord will protect you from my insanity and see that you come to no harm.

I am currently enjoying the splendours of the beer known as Hoegaarden, my droog. Have you heard of it? It is a cloudy beer and has a slightly citrusy tang to it. Very refreshing, I must say, especially after a hard day of busting criminals. I'm not actually enjoying beer now as it's only 10am - my current tipple is a lovely cup of Rosie Lee (tea) as I have just arrived back from a workout in the gym. I feel so pumped it's almost as though I've lifted an x-wing from the swamps of Degobah using only my bare hands!

Glad to hear that you enjoyed Into The Sun - I am looking forward to it. It certainly looks good from the trailer (but then, don't they all). I tried to watch The Foreigner the other day and had to turn it off after a while, as I found it quite appalling. Hahaha!

Take it easy my good buddy.

GMan
