Seagal Being Sued for Sexual Assault!

A 23-year-old woman has sued the action star for at least a million dollars, claiming he flew her out to New Orleans in February after hiring her for an executive/personal assistant job but then expected her to be on call for sex with him once she arrived.

In a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kayden Nguyen states that Seagal kept two Russian women on staff "who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" and that she was hired to replace one of them.

The first night she was there, Nguyen claims, Seagal assaulted her by attempting to fondle her bare breasts, forcing his hand down the backside of her pants and telling her, as she ran away, "You aren't allowed to tell anybody."

A rep for Seagal has not yet returned a request for comment.

"I'm a family man, and I live with my wife, but she wouldn't care if you were my lover," Seagal supposedly said to Nguyen, per the complaint, as their plane to New Orleans, where Steven Seagal: Lawman is filmed, taxied down the runway in L.A.

Believing that Seagal's whole staff would live in his house with them, Nguyen decided to have a "wait and see attitude" about the job, the suit states.

Nguyen says that, after the first alleged assault, she complained the next day, but "nothing was said or done."

Seagal then allegedly assaulted her again, according to the lawsuit, by forcing his hand between her legs and forcing her to consume "illegal pills" before she left his company.

Nguyen says she spoke to Seagal the next day and he told her there had been a "misunderstanding." A few hours later, according to the suit, Seagal "forcibly lifted [her] blouse, forced his head on her bare chest, and attempted to suck her breasts and nipples. He stopped only when she ran."

The plaintiff says she finally left the house on Feb. 28 at around 11 p.m. She claims Seagal chased her as she ran to her cab, holding a flashlight with a gun attached to it.

The complaint states that she left the house and never returned, leaving behind "everything of value she owned," including clothes, makeup, her cell phone and her laptop.

Nguyen says she was told she wouldn't get any of her things back unless she signed a release promising not to sue Seagal and his wife, who according to the lawsuit was living in the same house with her husband and the so-called other women, but she refused to sign anything.

The lawsuit accuses Seagal of sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representations about unemployment.

Everybody is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

And beeing proven guilty is not always the same as beeing guilty.

The drugs thing are something I really don't believe (Seagal is very anti-drugs), this could be the big indicator the charges are a lie.

It also seems a repeat of a lawsuit in the beginning of his career that eventually turned out to be false.

Unfortunately, what we think is of no matter. It is up to the prosecutor and the eventual jury to decide what is true and what not. We can only keep our fingers crossed that the truth comes out (whatever it may be) and that justice is served.

Wouldn't be surprised if Seagal posses a counter lawsuit for slander and harassement.

Peace

Did the Prosecutor's Office (or DA) even hear about these accusations before she decided to sue? If not, it's obviously an attempt to extort money out of Mr. Seagal.

I've never thought that he was the greatest person on earth, but drugging and sexually assaulting a young woman doesn't sound at all realistic.
