Seagal love steaks...too much

I have just read in local newspaper about Seagal. He said that he loves to eat steaks, even three times a day. So he have to workout hard every time before he makes a movie. He even lost 20 kg (44 lb) once to make a new movie.

True or false, don't know....just let you know.

I don't want to sound rude or nasty, but if he's a vegetarian, how come he seems to be "heavier" these days. It's not a rule that vegetarians are thinner but you would perhaps presume that with all the fat in meat that he may be a little slimmer than most?

That is what I've always thought but I've recently met some portly vegetarians. Don't forget that potato chips and cake are not meat. I don't think he is a vegan so he eats dairy. maybe he likes Ice Cream, Cheese Cake and Chocolate, those are my personal favorites. LOL
