Neato. I hope Vern will have an updated and improved compliment to pay Steven Seagal this time around. Some of the crap Vern made note of were pretty demeaning as far as i am concerned?

Yeah I think that, while it could be used as a reference for filmography etc, the tone overall is demeaning, that's why I didn't bother with his book the first time around

I didnt find it demeaning whatsoever. If you actually read the book, he has much more respect for Seagal than several people on here do. He never mentions weight or looks as many people here do. He sings praise for even the worst Seagal movies and looks for the best in all of them. The man apreciates Seagal enough to devote four years of his life to studying his films over and over again.

It was the same when he posted his reviews of Seagal's movies on his website. I remember his 'Out For Reach' review, for me the majority was the truth.

absolutely terrible book, don't recommend it to any true discerning Seagal fan and Vern is a nasty person as well, he was very rude to me when I asked advice about publishing a similar book.
