They announced its over, the Sheriff's department doesn't want to do it anymore stemming mainly from Seagal's previous legal issues. Also, this 2nd season was only 8 episodes and they were filmed at the same time as season one, these were just leftover. Lawman is behind him and True Justice is Steven's next silver screen focus.

Dexter22;205425 said:agree to disagree. I was told by several people that the season 2 episodes were newly filmed and he stopped half way through because of his scandal. This would make sense considering the weather change, seagal bringing his wife, the birth of his child (match dates), change in partners(some cops from season one were not in it) and the fact that is was filmed close to Mardi Graw. He was down there in Febuary and thats when the new season was. Im not trying to argue but A & E decided to release these episodes when the scandal was dropped. He is finishing his contract from season 2 because the network ordered 16 episodes and he only completed 8 before his legal troubles. These are the ones that were aired, im not sure where people got this idea that they were from season one.
