Oh my gosh!I'm bouncing!

About 30 Euros?Oh my,it looks like some crazy money,let me count...About 450 kroons...Shucks...and my salary is only 2500 minus all my bills and oh...there's nothing left any more...I'm gonna go bankruptsy but dammit!I wanna get it!

As far as I know, this is the only movie he's made that's been unavailable. Every other movie he's made has been exclusively available to us first, then a few other countries afterwards, right?

There are many possibilities why this movie has come about. Maybe he's trying to make himself better known in other parts of the world, perhaps where his movies weren't available before. Maybe he did this as a favor to someone that we don't know about. It's obviously not a starring role or his usual kind of role. Maybe it's done more as a test because he's afraid many of his fans wouldn't like to see him in this kind of a role, as many here have expressed recently and in the past. But we don't even know for sure if he is playing a *bad guy* yet, do we? Maybe he was just paid a handsome amount of money to do this small bit.

And as it would appear to be a small, different kind of role, although we really don't know much yet, then obviously he would have no control or even input as to where this movie would be released.

As far as the the CD, maybe the same reasons as above. Maybe it's been done as a test market over there to see how well it does. Truthfully, can you see many Americans buying a CD of his? We will, of course, but outside of this group I personally don't know of any one person who would. They may like his movies, but music is completely different from an action movie. Maybe the backers of the CD were French. Maybe he couldn't get any financial backing for this here. If that is the case, he again may not have any control over where it is immediately released. Remember, he has had some rumored financial difficulties lately. His funds are not limitless He does not earn $15-20 million per movie.

These are, of course, just possibilities, but they are every bit as possible as just saying he doesn't like us or doesn't care about our opinion. We shouldn't just jump to conclusions, as we don't know any of the facts. After all, he does have a movie coming out in the new few months, is in the process of filming another one, and has committed to at least two more--all for us, his fans.

I can't read any other language other than english. I can't even figure out how to order it and I want it so much. I am so happy for all of you that ordered it, or even have it now. The only thing is that since it was made in France isn't it in the french language? Very hard for me to understand. I guess I will wait until it comes here. I hope soon! Guess I will just have to listen to the songs that he sings that I have until it is released here.

Yeah, I'd certainly like to hear some other tracks on there...than I'd probably be more apt to dig in my pocket for $35. I just wish I knew if it were to ever reach America. Maybe after May 19th there will be a listing for it upcoming on some American CD sites?

The price for the CD today has gone up to eur 15,76. Is that based on the exchange rate? Just curious...I was checking to see if they offered free shipping, in which case I thought I might buy a few more copies, but no luck, the way I can understand free shipping is only within France or to Monaco, but then, I could be wrong...

Thanks, Jalu, I tried viewing the amazon webpage with the altavista translator but it wouldn't work...I had my info saved so it was easy to press a few buttons to get checked out, it's just like the american site for the most part, not too hard if you've ordered before...
