We've never been that high here. One good thing is that we have some of the best beaches in the world to go cool off in with hammocks hanging under shaded palm trees.
The central aircondition bussinness does pretty well over here though.

Believe me, it's only the first 3 days which are the worse, with the first day being the worst one!
I used to feel so frustrated, I was afraid that I'd end up eating all the time... so to avoid that I made a present to myself of a cross-training machine. It was an incentive because if I didn't manage to quit then I'd have wasted the money on my 'present'. And the machine helped me because when I really had those difficult cigarette cravings I used to exercise really madly on it, and I'd lose my breath (which did happen a lot due to my 30 daily habit!) and then after I'd be so breathless that the last thing on my mind would be smoking!
I wouldn't smoke again, obviously, though I do not mind smokers smoking in my presence. Certainly I wouldn't mind Steven Seagal, if he really does smoke!!!! lol
Feel free to contact me whoever wishes support on quitting smoking

I am a funny smoker, I don't spoke in my house, I don't smoke around my children, I want smoke in my car if there is anyone with me who does not smoke! I don't like the smell, I go out side where I can't smell it so strong!

Hi Shirley iam an ex-smoker and i beleive that when you stop smoking that you can taste things an hell of an lot better..your skin doesnt stink or your clothes and its also an hel of an lot better for me because of my health issue..Iam so proud of you..at least when i get an kiss its not like kissing an ash tray..

Imust have missed that Lollipop seeing Steven smoking...but then alot of other actors i wont name smoke..when i "used" to smoke (past tense) just make that clear i smoked "Alpine" (menthol)..it was the worst thing i could have started but thanks god i gave them up...what do you smoke Lollipop?...
