After watching Clint Eastwood on the 'Jay Leno' show last night, i noticed how Clint Eastwood has been adopting Steven Seagal's mannerism of putting his hands together and bowing to the audience
I knew Clint Eastwood admired Steven Seagal's charming personality and presence in the film community, it shows by Clint bowing and putting his hands together to the audience before departing the 'Tonight Show'

I will not be so sure about it.Clint and Steven are soooo different.But...

How Steven is so particular, pretty personal, with an unique way of life, dress and very bigmouth opnions, I´m sure that a lot of celebrities like him and copy in many ways, but they never will tell.

Everybody has a Seagal inside, but the most are very cowards to send it free.

Interesting point of yours latinojazz
I'm glad to know that Steven Seagal is the only convincingly heroic cinematic performer in our present age to pick up the pieces where 'the one-time and used to be macho Clint Eastwood' has left off
Clint Eastwood is so old and feeble nowadays and it shows in his recent speeches and body language on talk shows and interviews
So, to me it's the obvious choice to position Steven Seagal as the new and improved Clint Eastwood, to defend us on the screen against the corrupt individuals in society on the screen, the way Clint used to do such as his 'Dirty Harry' character
I think Clint knows his time has passed with heroic roles and it would be wise of him to pass that torch onto Steven Seagal

Clint has a huge influence from Henry Fonda in his way of walk, attitude...Everybody knows that Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson built his own bug name in Europe, with Sergio Leone in western films, as Once Upon A Time In The West(Incredible Charles Bronson´s tiger sight, and Henry Fonda´s way of walk and attitude), or The Good, The Ugly and The bad for Clint.
That´s only an example for what I mean: Steven will not ever be a legend as Clint Eastwood, but Clint has been a sequel from Henry Fonda many years as Hugh Jackman as wolverine is a copy of Clint.

BUT SEAGAL AND BRONSON ARE UNIQUE, Bronson was 5´7´´ and rest in peace, I will love him forever, but Seagal is a 6´4´´ actor fighting against the world in his own way: Multicolor guy, budhism and bigmouth combination, his way of fight, his movements....

Nobody is more criticised as Seagal, but, in his own, a lot of ¨superstars¨ will envy him to the end of his times.

FOREVER SEAGAL

Good observation

It's simply Steven Seagal's form of entertainment he provides for us fans
Steven Seagal is an improvement in cinema in his own right, that much he has proven from acting, writing scripts and dialogue, directing, production, and enduring all the critics declarations from all of the 'continents'

Eastwood has been doing that for yrs - long before Seagal came to Hollywood.

With his film Letters from Iwa Jima getting raves and Oscar buzz, I'm sure the furtherest thing from Clint Eastwood's mind is copying Steven Seagal.

Yes, you are quite right - Seagal IS God & he has influenced just about damn near everyone on this planet, including John Wayne.

You're right - his influences even effect me; why just this morning, I finished off a bagel with tons o' cream cheese, then a big ol' bag of m & m's, & maybe I will finish it off with a big glass of OJ. For lunch, I am thinking about ordering room service from the lcoal hotel & cleaning them out....

He is indeed, don wilkey, everywhere 'mon.

Don - I still can't work out if you're serious! You can't seriously think that Seagal is a better actor than Eastwood?
