I think Out of Reach is DTV. Into the Sun is rumored to be a theatrical release, and both Submerged and Mercenary are Franchise pictures, so apparently they will be theatrical releases as well.

Half Past Dead was a Franchise picture, but it was not well received by the critics.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Thank you very much TD !!
You're welcome, Suzi!

It seemed like a reasonable request, and something that everyone here might like to see. The way I have it set up is that I'll just make changes to the first post, which will appear on the Index Page so that people can see it right off.

I was considering doing the same for Steven's Location - putting the details in the first post so that it showed up on the Index page - but then I figured it would be better to make people work at finding the info... :D

I could do the same for the Location, thread, though - what do folks think?

I know I'm going to get yelled at again for being too strict, but I'd like to ask folks to try and keep this on-topic. This is for news about Steven's upcoming movies. The discussions about Steven's upcoming movies (and CD release) have been moved into their own threads.

Thanks.

If you or anyone else has news about Steven's films, upcoming releases, whether or not they're stv, or if you have any questions about Steven's upcoming movies, please post them here. Anything else - If a discussion evolves, for example, I'm happy to keep the discussion going - in a separate thread.

I think this is a reasonable request.

Yakuza (Into the Sun) !!!

From U-Pasedena
March 31, 2004

THE BIG-SCREEN SCENE: Steven Seagal will take on both Japanese Yakuzas and Chinese Tongs in his "Into the Sun" flick that's just started production, with locations slated for Japan and Thailand. Casting forces have been signing on Asian martial arts experts aplenty for the flick, but we're guessing Seagal will prevail despite being outnumbered.
