On Thursday night I saw Nicholas Cage's new action film Stolen starring Malin Ackerman, Josh Lucas and Danny Huston.
The film has been slated by critics and flopped in the US however I thoroughly enjoyed it. The plot is very similar to that of Taken in that Cage finds his daughter has been kidnapped and has to use his skills to rescue her, which in this case is robbing banks. The story was really well thought out with lots of twists and turns and there was also plenty of action too. The cast was excellent in particular Nicholas Cage and the backdrop of New Orleans during Mardi Gras was very effective too. Overall I would recommend this film and encourage people to make their own minds up and not just read the reviews.
