The only people who are missing and who really had succes in the eightees/nineties are Steven Seagal and Wesley Snipes. I also would like to see Dwayne Johnson...

They should take these three stars for EX3. Then you have a perfect trilogy.

If they somehow manage to get Steven Seagal and Harrison Ford along with Stallone, Willis and the rest, that is really going to be the last film I ever need to see. Obviously it is not going to be an award winning drama, but all of these guys mentioned as potential contenders for E3 I've been watching ever since I can remember and I can't imagine what its going to feel like seeing a cast list with them together. I really hope they can get Seagal in there. Even if it is a cameo, I don't mind.

It's just very sad that Steven don't want to be in the movie. I watched Expendables 2 last Friday and I thought it was better than the first one. Ok, it was not perfect (story was again pretty boring and I didn't like the locations), but overall it was solid entertainment.

I mean, actually I would be even satisfied with a little cameo scene in 1 or 2 scenes. That could be filmed in 2-3 days or so.

The best thing of course would be Steven as bad guy with (for example) Danny Trejo as his sidekick (like Van Damme and Scott Adkins in the second movie). But it seems that this will never come true.

I wish we could write Steven a message or so to ask him to rethink his deciscion. I'm just feeling very bad about all this and I really don't know if I still want to be a fan of him in the future. :(

I totally agree it's hard to be a fan of Seagal when he doesn't seem to want to help himself. I'm seriously considering whether I want to be a fan of his in the future too.
