Everyone is so quick to judge, including me. I automatically assume he's innocent while others automatically assume he's guilty. That's the world we live in. There are people who could care less, but yet they will still label him even after this whole thing goes away. The media never tells all the facts. Only the parts that will catch someone's eye at the grocery store while waiting in line, or a stranger walking by the news stand on their way to work. I think as fan of Stevens, it's our job to get all the facts and present them to how we see fit. Various news coverages will discuss it for 2-3 minutes but it never includes everything, how can they fit it all? Our opinion of Steven is based on what we see, hear or read from what is made available to the public..(for example - mainly coming from Gossip columns.) I will be on Steven's side until the full story is given to us. I have no reason to believe anyone else. I can't take pieces of facts and put them together myself to make a judgement call on whether to support Steven or not. The whole law suit is from an accusers words. There are two sides to every story. So far, the media has given hers...Loud and Clear. I will continue to wait as long as I need to, to hear Stevens.

A sexual harassment lawsuit against Steven Seagal has been dismissed.

Ex-model Kayden Nguyen filed a $1 million (£667,000) lawsuit against the Under Siege actor, accusing him of using her "like a sex toy" and claiming he expected her to pleasure him sexually after she was hired as his assistant.

But Nguyen's lawyers filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, asking for the case to be dismissed.

According to TMZ.com, the papers did not specify if the 23 year old had reached a settlement with the star.
