Not in any particular order:
A Dangerous Man
Pistol Whipped
Urban Justice
The Keeper
Attrition
Driven to Kill
Shadow Man
Into the Sun

I've recently come to like Out of Reach because it has some pretty decent fight scenes.
Lastly, although it's probably one of his worst DTVs, I actually like Kill Switch. There was a post on this forum regarding a rumor that in an early script, Seagal's character is actually a serial killer that kills other serial killers. Since then, I've always found that film interesting viewed through that lens.

Sorry to be off-topic but I didn't want to create a new thread just for this. Can anyone tell me which movie this is from?

Are there other fight scenes as good as this?

The first fight scene is from 'Absolution' :)
Thanks! I'm really not familiar with his most recent DTV's.

Just so no one gets confused, the link I provided starts at the second fight scene. The first fight scene is from Urban Justice....but I'm guessing literally everyone on this forum will know that.

Back to Absolution, are there other fight scenes as well done as this one?

The first fight scene is from Urban Justice (the video starts at 52 second for some reason) but the voice over at the beginning is from Absolution "I've been a very bad man most of my life".

Urban Justice & Absolution are definitely two of the better DTV's IMO

10 best DTV's in order from the best:

1 - Belly of the Beast (awesome)
2 - Driven to Kill (quite awesome)
3 - Into the Sun (quite awesome but not quite there)
4 - The Foreigner (find myself watching it quite often)
5 - Out of Reach (watchable but obvious issues)
6 - Pistol Whipped (watchable)
7 - Code of Honor (can't understand the hate thought it was quite good)
8 - Attrition (watchable shame it was released so badly)
9 - Born to Raise Hell (okayyy)
10 - Submerged (okay but obvious problems)

Notables which almost made the cut - The Keeper, Renegade Justice, Mercenary: Absolution and Black Dawn.

10 worse in order from the worst:

1 - Flight of Fury (awfullllll)
2 - Gutshot Straight (barely in it)
3 - China Salesman (one good fight everything else sucked)
3 - Killing Salazar (boring)
4 - Force of Execution (boring)
5 - Clementine (oh ma darling)
6 - All of True Justice (blah)
7 - The Asian Connection (cheap and boring)
8 - Attack Force (no need to comment)
9 - End of a Gun (sooo boring)
10 - Contact to Kill (boring and cheap)

Notables not quite bad enough to merit top 10 but still far from great - Today You Die, Mercenary for Justice, Kill Switch, A Dangerous Man, A Good Man, Out for a Kill, Beyond the Law, Shadow Man, The Perfect Weapon, Ticker, Maximum Conviction, Sniper: Special Ops, Against the Dark.

It's funny how when some of these movies came out I was disappointed but with time and in viewing all of Seagal's DTV work, many have grown on me.

Here is my Top 10 (in no order)

Urban Justice
Pistol Whipped
Into the Sun
Absolution
A Good Man
A Dangerous Man
Belly of the Beast
Driven to Kill
The Keeper
Shadow Man

The Foreigner is probably the weirdest for me. Remember being disappointed at the lack of action when it came out but now find myself watching it more often than you could imagine. Quite like the music, the mood and the change of pace. Out for a Kill Is another story though.

The Foreigner has the most confusing plot and was when Seagal's movies really took a down turn. I was extremely disappointed when I first watched it but have since watched it many times and now enjoy it, especially when comparing it to some of the really bad DTV'S. Things really change with time & looking at all of his DTV'S as a whole!

You kind of have to watch it a few times to get to grips with where it's going.

When you do, it makes sense, but if anyone happens across it just the once I can sympathise with giving up on it as it does come across as a bit messy and convoluted.

I remember being especially disappointed with the final fight with the pimp guy from Kiss of the Dragon as it looks like they just gave up and filmed a 20-second fight in the nearest hotel room.
