Ahhh that's a terrible story Heather,

Some people I don't get Heather...

I do not understand which kinda grandparent you are if you're not looking after your children... Why else you have children...

Some people do so many crazy things, and are not controlling them selfs...

If I was the grandparent of that twin, I should do everything I could do to safe these children!!!! What kinda grandparents are you, If you doesn't looking after you childeren :indiffere

I really don't get this!!!

What in the world was this set of twins doing
anywhere near a "water tank"?
Where was the supervision? No one, in their
right mind, leaves 2 year olds alone at any time,
anywhere, for any reason. That's just plain crazy!!!!

There is one thing. They are now in the arms of God
and no one can ever harm them again!
God bless,

Ummmm its an tank that holds water...thats the best way i can explain it pitts...

A water tank could be where horses and cattle drink, here in small towns the towns pump water into enclosed tanks that are 30 or more feet high, we have water tanks that hold fish bait, etc, etc, I was just curious what type of tank it was.

That is so sad Heather. Little ones move so fast and can get out of your sight in an instant. Too bad their grandparents had to learn that lesson the hard way....
