Raw Deal was ok,but like a lot of other mob movies. Predator was way better. Highlander 3 and 4 were pretty good. Sequels always get a bad press, having to compete with the original.

I too liked the Sixth Day, Snooch, and agree that it was under-rated. I also liked Collateral Damage with Arnold. I think he and Bruce Willis are always down-played by the media and unfairly critiqued in many movies--but that doesn't stop me from seeing them. :D Or enjoying them. As I think of a few more I'll post them here.

The Last good movie I saw was "elektra" with jennifer Garner!
it was full of Martial Arts and very pleasant to watch even though underrated too!

Great thread. Okay, underrated films (there are heaps!):

Open Range starring Kevin Costner.
Spartan starring Val Kilmer
Cop starring James Woods
To Live and Die in L.A. starring William Petersen
Hostage starring Bruce Willis
The Patriot starring Seagal -- this one's criminally underrated
The Hitman starring Chuck Norris
Replicant starring Van Damme
Point Blank starring Mickey Rourke

There are hundreds more. I could go on all day, but I won't.

ORANGATUANG

Wildfire
I must have missed that one with William Petersen..better put it in my black book as an must see movie...Hostage was ok ..Dont really like Kevin Costner so thats an miss. Thanks gunslinger ...

"Lookin fit Nelson"
Predator 2-- Danny Glover oddly enough was a perfect fit to fight off the alien species.
Under Siege 2- As far as sequels goes, this has it just right- plenty of action
Collateral Damage- Old school style!!!no stupid matrix karate, plain old arnold, good story
Sudden Death-Not as bad as every critic says, classic die hard formula,
Sixth Day- Another Arnold old style flick with a new age twist.
Knock Off- Van Damme's last theatrical release(i think) not as bad as they say- good solid action seqeunces, van dammes in great shape as always and some alright costars.(besides dennis)

For me Alexander is an underrated movie. I thought it was a good movie.

It is what Heat was based on that movie. It was meaner and harder than even Heat,so a good movie.(Heat itself was a good flick too).
Sudden Death was not bad at all. Van Damme is entertaining,if not as accomplished as Steven.
Knock Off is well underrated! Some great chase scenes and the action is well done too.

I thought Knock Off was pretty good too. I don't know why it got such bad reviews. I also enjoy the Van Damme movie Maximum Risk.

Yeah, Maximum Risk was underrated. Van Damme gave one of his best performances, not that the critics noticed. It's a shame the movie was a bomb. In fact, Van Damme's acting seems to be getting better with age. Has anyone seen his performance in Wake of Death? Awesome!

I liked All the early van damme movies, as well as the recent DTV releases, yes I too noticed his improved skills in WOD.
