Caught my self some nice fish this morning ..iam marinating one in orange, lemon, lime juice with just an wee bit of pepper...wrapped it in tin foil so to keep all those fantasic juices in ..iam going to be making an tossed salad and an nice fruit salad..who wants some ?...You better hurry it wont last long...

I'm gonna make myself a cheeseburger. I'm doing it myself, rolling my own you could say. Whack it on the griddle, slap on some cheese, some chilli sauce, lightly toast my buns (ooh-er!) and pile in some onions and lettuce. Pukka!

That fish recipe sounds good, I'll have to try it. Probably won;t catch it myself though, I'll let my supermarket do it for me.

Well i dont know girl i find they are an excellent energy source and good my diabetes ..The only way i dont like bananas is as an fritter...to greasy....

Banana split - yummy. I sometimes make a big pot of hot vanilla custard and throw in sliced bananas which partially cooks them. Remember my sons loved this when kids.

Just give me some nice fresh fruit and heaps of freshly whipped cream and iam good..And when i have whipped that cream good girl i put it into another bowl to chill..and Xena gives me that look gimme, gimme..i put whats left which isnt alot in her bowl and boy does she go to town cream all over her face it looks bloody hilarious...

Iam looking quiet forward to having my hot-x-buns (easter buns) shortly get them nicely toasted then put some honey on them and top off with some nice fresh cream...yummmm.
