I'm a action movie junkie. My favorites are Cobra, Rambo First Blood, Rambo First Blood part 2, Tango & Cash, Lethal Weapon 1 & 2, Action Jackson, Commando, Red Heat, Die Hard 1 & 2, The Last Boy Scout, Above The Law, Hard To Kill, The Rookie, Marked For Death, Out For Justice, Fire Down Below, Exit Wounds, The Dead Pool, Sudden Impact, Code Of Silence, The Delta Force, Death Wish III(i gotta rent Death Wish 1 & 2), Hard Target, Double Impact, Death Warrant, Nighthawks, XXX, The Rundown. There's a lot of Chuck Norris & Charles Bronson movies i haven't seen that i need to check out. It's a shame we don't have the actors that can play in action films anymore. Sylvester Stallone & Arnold Schwarzenegger who were my favorite action stars of the 80's have gotten old so there's nobody who can play these roles anymore. Even Dolph Lundgren has disappeared LOL. Remember Rutger Hauer? He was a good action star. He did one movie called Wanted Dead Or Alive in the 80's where he was a bounty hunter. He also plays a good villain like he did in Nighthawks movie.

Who's in Drive & Blind Fury movies? Is Chuck Norris in Blind Fury? I wanna see all his Missing In Action movies & Invasion USA. I saw some of The Delta Force 2 but i'm gonna have to rent it again. He did a movie with Lou Gossett Jr called Firewalker in the 80's. It kinda sucked. He also did a movie called Hero & The Terror in the 80's that was good. Cannon pictures did some good action movies in the 80's with Chuck & Charles Bronson. There was a movie in the 80's done by Cannon called Number One With A Bullet with Billy Dee Williams & Robert Carradine. They were cops in the movie i think. I wanted to see it back in the day but i never saw it. I'm gonna have to rent that. It's hard for me to picture Robert as a cop cause he acted so silly in Revenge Of The Nerds movies.

Rutger Hauer is in Blind Fury.I consider it an 80's classic.Splendid how he played a blind man skilled swordsman.
And Drive starring Marc Dacascos. The fight scenes were outrageous and it was pretty funny too.

Besides all seagal films..... Commando, die hard series, true lies, lionheart, Desert Heat, The Substitute series, Rambo First Boold Part III, Terminator trilogy, Beverly Hills Cop series, Eraser, Kill Bill, Saving Private Ryan, Showdown, Speed. Those are all good for many different reasons, but they all have great action!

wow, too many to recall even a fraction

I gotta say that I really loved Terminator. Anything with Steven Seagal, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, Jet Li. Earliest works of Van Damme, Stallone, and Schwarzenegger (Arnold before his comic-kid style movies). James Bond movies. ConAir, The Rock ...

Mad Max (the undubbed original Aussie version, that is, that I've seen once in the theatre, but cannot for love or money get a video of it without the dubbing). And the two sequels.

Raiders of the Lost Ark (The Last Crusade is okay, let's not talk about Temple of Doom).

Die Hard (all three).

Eraser.

Passenger 47. (Which should have been Under Seige 3 with Steven - gggrrrrr!)

US Marshalls.

Bullitt.

Demolition Man, Judge Dredd and The Fifth Element (yeah, yeah, I know, but I liked 'em - so sue me!)

Aliens.

-TD, who needs to get back to work or she'll be listing movies all night

I love many of the action movies that came out of Hong Kong in the late 80s and early 90s. The Killer (with Chow Yun Fat) makes most other action movies look like Sesame Street!

LOL@Judge Dredd, The Fifth Element, Rambo III, Beverly Hills Cop III. Those movies sucked ass. Passenger 57 was very good. I forgot about The Substitute with Tom Berenger. Surviving The Game with rapper Ice T, Rutger Hauer, Gary Busey, Charles Dutton was good. Ricochet with Denzel Washington & Ice T was also good & Training Day with Denzel was very good. Bad Boys & Bad Boys 2 were very good. Metro with Eddie Murphy was good. Shakedown with Peter Weller & Sam Elliott was good & so was Robocop. Fatal Beauty with Whoopi Goldberg & Sam Elliott was good. I forgot about Speed. Keanu Reeves should've been in the 2nd one. Point Break & Roadhouse with Patrick Swayze were good.

Those Italians ... great everything - cars, women ...

What minivan (the one at the beginning? otherwise no vans were disappearing) or do you mean the money truck into the subway? You should see behind the scene of how they've built a huge set to accomodate that scene. Anyways it was cool any way you look at it.

Ronin was amazing. Car chases - amazing. Ronin2 would also be amazing! What's in the briefcase?! Mind boggling - I want to know. I demand a sequel LOL.

Me shut up? I think that was rude - come on everybody let's talk about that for 5 pgs

you shut up!
Welcome back to grade1 ... ain't it exciting LOL (I'm just kidding :=)

I did think they were terrible (you gotta see recent Denzel's movies vs. his earlier ones ... kind of reminds me of Steven Seagal's career in the movie making business).
