What direction will Seagal's career have? Will the fans' wishes come true?

New year 2011 is here and we are anticipating new Seagal's projects. Many of us want a change - no more cheap DTV films from Eastern Europe in the vein of BTRH. We wish at least some decent stuff such as Pistol Whipped, or assemble more money for one film with another famous name. Plus there is another option - Steven's participation in The Expendables 2 or a different supporting role in a big film.

Write down your wish for the direction in which Steven's carrer you would like to see to go.

P.S.
Happy New Year to everyone.

comeback

Well, something occurred to me yesterday. Didn't he just sell a house for 7 million, and buy one for half the price? Second thing: True Justice: Deadly Crossing was released for no reason on DVD even though it's gonna be part of a TV series. It seems to me like Seagal is trying to get some extra money. Which might mean a new high budget film. I'd like to see Under Seige 3 happen obviously. He's certainly trying new things with the tv shows in the last year or so. With Lawman and Machete he might just have enough recognition to pull off a successful comeback if he puts enough money and effort into a big movie.
I think i read somewhere that his new house is surrounded by empty desert-like land. He could film something half-decent there for cheap, and use that to help fund a big comeback movie.

Jack Taggart to SeagalMovieFan, "I gotta say your posting's an insult to Steven Seagal. You're a piece of sh it, and I'm ashamed of you" LOL

I'm impressed with the 2010 year of Steamroller Productions of Steven Seagal dtv/dvd film projects and I'm certain Steamroller will produce more Steven Seagal films this 2011 year to satisfy my movie -watching needs

I think that may well because he is running short of money, after all he cannot command the high fees he used to be able to anymore.

Under Siege 3 will never happen.

I think the time for a comeback has long past.

That empty desert land makes his house quite remote and inaccessable, great of he wants to keep some more of those Eastern European prostitutes, sorry I mean assisstants, capitive, sorry I mean under his watchful eye :p

I think its about him not being able to get much work these days.

Impressed with Seagal in 2010...really, you're really impressed with Born to Raise Hell?

Personally I think the direction Seagal's career should take in 2010 is dignified retirement.

Wow, I'm impressed with you Orangu and your reply in this thread

"us being so fussy about what he does"

You finally confessed and admitted to a shortcoming of yours and others negative reactions towards the freedom of Steven Seagal's expressions in film and how he decides to appear in real life and on film

Wow, I'm impressed

Cheers to you Orangutuang :)

I now trust your opinions a bit more nowadays

Must be the new year and resolutions to be a better fan of Steven Seagal, yeah that's gotta be this recent and positive change in you Orang

Just remember, Steven Seagal has always proven his fans wrong when they attempt to doubt his talents and gifts and disacknowledge his past, present, and future film endeavors
Got it?! Good :gun:

I disagree with your recent asumption because America doesn't have BTRH dvd on our dvd rental shelves yet. So, I'm in the same boat as you and I'm waiting for BTRH to be avilable on dvd here?

My apologies to you Orangatuang for questioning your loyalties to SS.

Just making sure.

I think Seagal's carer in film is successful regardless what anyone says or remarks.

I actually get to see his "Lawman" series now - good to see him in reality action. He can still chase an offender at a cracking pace!

Ain't there some film contacts you can speak to about lifting Steven Seagal's dtv movies back to the silver screen?
